MULTI-SUPPLIER ORDERS

Several suppliers. One coordinated shipment.

Bring receiving arrangements, agreed checks, packing and carrier handover into one plan.

What you share

  • Supplier contacts and an item list, with quantities where known.
  • Goods availability, destination and any packing or timing requirements.

What we coordinate

  • Receiving arrangements, counts and the checks agreed for the goods.
  • Packing, labels, combinations and shipment handover requirements.

What you receive

  • A task and responsibility list, with open questions and agreed fees.
  • Progress updates and the receiving, packing and handover records included in scope.
Confirm these points before goods move

Receiving location and provider, who performs each check, storage or handling charges, packing materials, freight responsibility and the next approval point. Receiving locations, providers and execution responsibilities are confirmed for each project.

Labels, inserts and finished kits.

One approved packing instruction. Consistent execution.

Send the SKU list, approved label files, placement instructions and required unit combinations. We coordinate first-piece confirmation, agreed labeling or repacking, quantity reconciliation and shipment handover through the project’s execution provider.

Work we can arrange

  • Labels and printed inserts matched to the approved SKU and file version.
  • Repacking and mixed-product kits against the agreed unit combination.
  • Agreed counts, batch checks and exception handling before handover.
  • Carton information and the receiving or dispatch records included in scope.

What you receive

  • The approved artwork and packing-instruction reference.
  • First-piece photos for confirmation before the batch proceeds.
  • Units processed, recorded exceptions and any held stock.
  • The agreed carton information and handover record.

FBA preparation follows the approved label files and shipment requirements supplied for the task. Any extra checks, materials or changes are confirmed before processing.

Custom packaging starts with an approved reference.

Share the product dimensions, packaging purpose, artwork, intended quantity and any packing restrictions. We coordinate suitable packaging options and quoted samples, then connect the approved packaging version with the labels, inserts and finished set.

Material, printing or finishing options are confirmed with the proposed supplier. The approved artwork and packing sample guide the next batch; a visual reference alone is not an instruction to start production.

Amazon FBA & ecommerce prep

Bring the product, label files and shipment instructions into one preparation plan.

We can coordinate SKU and label matching, approved label placement, inserts, repacking and product sets through the execution provider confirmed for the project. The scope states the first-piece approval, quantities to process, agreed checks and the carton information required for handover.

Before the batch proceeds

  • Confirm the SKU-to-file mapping and current label revision.
  • Approve the finished packing reference and any change to the instructions.
  • Agree which counts, barcode checks or photos are included.
  • Record exceptions and identify any stock awaiting a decision.

Preparation follows the current requirements supplied and confirmed for your product and shipment. Extra materials, checks or reprocessing are agreed before the charge is incurred.

Consolidation & shipping coordination

Connect supplier readiness, receiving and packing with the next freight handover.

Using your freight forwarder

We can coordinate the agreed receiving, checks and packing records, then hand over the goods and carton information to the carrier or forwarder you designate. The handover point, responsibilities and release instruction are confirmed in the scope.

Need an onward shipping option?

We can request options from suitable freight partners for the product, route and timing you provide. The proposal identifies the service provider, quoted inclusions, payment arrangement and the responsibilities for collection, customs, insurance or delivery where applicable.

What the record should make clear

The goods ready for handover, carton count and information included in scope, unresolved exceptions, the buyer’s release instruction and the receiving party.

Storage, transport and any destination services are agreed for the shipment. The receiving or packing scope does not automatically include an onward freight booking.

SUPPLIER, SAMPLE & PRODUCT CHECKS

Need checks you cannot do in person?

Agree the questions, the execution method and the records needed for your next decision.

Supplier information

Share the supplier name, contact details, quotation and the questions you want addressed.

Agree which sources and questions the review should cover:

  • Legal entity, registration and current business status.
  • Stated business scope and available operating information.
  • Available evidence of manufacturing, trading or both.
  • Unverified claims, missing information and further checks to arrange.

Findings distinguish public records, supplier statements and items still to verify. An on-site assessment is a separate scope to agree.

Samples, QC & supporting documents

Share the reference, critical requirements and the decision the check should support.

Physical checks, product changes, packing questions, specialist tests and compliance-document coordination are agreed by scope. Documents are reviewed or coordinated for the stated purpose; passing certification is not automatic.

Inputs to clarify

  • Product or sample reference and the agreed requirements.
  • Supplier documents and known concerns, where available.

Work to agree

  • What is checked, where, by whom and with which method.
  • Any specialist work, samples or external costs to arrange.

Useful deliverables

  • Notes, photos or measurements from checks actually performed.
  • Open issues, supplier responses and the buyer's next decision.

Product checks matched to the decision you need to make.

Sample or batch checkpoint review

Agree the product reference, checkpoints, method and number of units to review. The record connects the checks performed, observations, photo references and open issues.

Unit-by-unit checks

Where suitable for the product, we can arrange checks on every unit against an agreed checklist—for example, visible finish, included accessories, packaging or a defined simple function. The quote states what each unit is checked for, the handling required and the record you receive.

A useful record connects

  • The product or batch reference, date and execution provider.
  • The quantity received, quantity checked and issues recorded, where included.
  • The checkpoints, acceptance criteria and photo references.
  • Items held, supplier responses and the approval needed for the next action.

Unit-by-unit checking applies to the checkpoints agreed for that task. Specialist safety, performance or compliance testing is arranged separately when required.

An exception needs a next action, not just a photo.

When an agreed check finds a difference, we record the affected quantity, raise it with the responsible supplier and bring the proposed action back for approval. Rework, replacement and any recheck are tracked against the issue they address.

The record shows the issue, proposed action, cost or timing impact, approval and the result of any agreed recheck. Affected goods remain identifiable while a release decision is pending.

A DEFINED FIRST TASK

Clear sourcing fees. Agreed execution prices.

Sourcing and coordination are usually quoted with a separately stated fee. Inspection, labeling, repacking and kitting can be quoted per task, unit or shipment. Your proposal states the included work, quantity basis, materials, exclusions and approval points before work starts. Expenses charged on a reimbursement basis are identified as such.

Project quotes, product-supply arrangements and ongoing support can be agreed for specific work.

What the quote explains

  • Tasks, execution responsibilities and deliverables.
  • Included work, external expenses and payment stages.
  • What needs a new agreement if the brief changes.

Start with one defined task

A first task might compare two offers you already have, review a supplier's available records, or organise requirements for a specific multi-supplier shipment.

We confirm a workable scope and quote before starting. The starting scope can be limited to one decision, with further work agreed separately.

What the fee and timing will cover

What your proposal includes

The proposed work, deliverables, follow-up or revision limits, target timing and payment stages appear together. Receiving, checks, materials, packing, storage and freight are identified as included services, separately quoted items or approved reimbursable expenses. Execution responsibilities and payment recipients are confirmed before authorization.

Changes, pauses and the end point

The task ends at the deliverable and approval point listed in the proposal. Further work or an increased charge needs your approval.

The quote states how completed work, unstarted work, unused fees and any non-refundable third-party costs are treated if the task pauses or ends early. A search outcome is assessed against the work ordered and the findings delivered.

KNOW THE COMMERCIAL ARRANGEMENT

Know the pricing basis before work starts.

Clear terms before you authorize work. We distinguish coordination, quoted execution and reimbursable expenses.

Sourcing and coordination fees

A fixed task fee, project fee or ongoing support fee covers the work listed in your proposal.

Agreed execution prices

Checks, labeling, repacking and kitting may be quoted as a fixed task price or a rate per unit or shipment. The quote identifies the quantity basis, included steps, materials and any minimum charge. These are Zhipact’s quoted service prices.

Approved reimbursable expenses

Where an item is agreed on a reimbursement basis, the proposal identifies the expense, approval limit and supporting record. Additional work or charges require approval.

Role and recommendation

Where we act as your buyer-side sourcing coordinator, any commission or incentive from a product supplier that could affect our recommendation is disclosed before you approve the arrangement. Execution services follow the pricing basis stated in your proposal.

TRY ONE DEFINED PIECE OF WORK

Keep the first task easy to assess.

Start with the issue, confirm a useful deliverable and agree the scope and fees. A wider sourcing relationship can follow if the work fits.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Questions before we start.

Scope, execution and pricing—so the first discussion can focus on your order.

1. Can you work alongside our existing factory, agent or freight forwarder?

Yes. We can take responsibility for a defined gap while your existing partners keep their roles. The proposal identifies supplier contacts, information-sharing permissions, execution responsibilities and who approves the next step.

2. Where do receiving, checks and packing take place?

We arrange the physical work through suitable receiving, checking or freight partners. The location, provider, included work and handling responsibilities are confirmed before goods move. Eddie leads the key reviews; coordination colleagues maintain follow-up and records.

3. Can you arrange unit-by-unit checks?

Yes, where suitable for the product and agreed scope. We confirm quantities, checkpoints, acceptance criteria, methods and the records required. “Unit-by-unit” refers to the agreed checks on each unit; it does not mean every possible defect or regulatory requirement has been tested.

4. Can you handle labels, inserts, repacking and mixed-product kits?

Yes. Share the product list, approved artwork or label files, packing combination and destination requirements. We agree version control, placement, quantities, checking steps and the finished packing reference before the batch is prepared. Marketplace-specific requirements are confirmed for the intended shipment.

5. How are checking and packing charges quoted?

Depending on the work, we quote a fixed task price, a per-unit handling rate or an agreed project arrangement. The quotation states the included checks, materials, coordination, quantity basis and additional-charge conditions. These are our quoted service prices. Any expenses treated as reimbursable third-party costs are identified separately.

6. What happens if quantities, labels or product checks do not match?

The affected items and issue are recorded, with photos or counts where included. We follow up the responsible supplier or provider and present the proposed correction, cost or timing impact. Rework, partial shipment or release follows the approval arrangements agreed for your project.

7. Do we have to buy a small task before discussing a larger project?

No. Bring an order, several SKUs or a recurring purchasing requirement directly. We can scope supplier follow-up, checks, packaging and handover together, with a named coordination contact, milestones, update rhythm and escalation arrangements.

8. What should we send for the first discussion?

A product reference, the work needed, approximate quantity, destination and target date are enough to begin. Unknown details can follow. Email eddie@zhipact.com or message us on WhatsApp (+86 133 0267 1598); a redacted reference is welcome. Supplier outreach and sharing non-public material require your authorization.
