1. Purpose of enquiry processing

When you submit a project enquiry through our website, email or WhatsApp, we collect and process the information solely to understand your sourcing requirements, clarify open technical or commercial questions, and formulate an agreed project proposal.

We do not use your contact information to send unsolicited marketing newsletters or automated sales spam. You will only receive replies regarding the specific project or requirement you have shared with us.

2. What information we receive

• Contact details: Your email address, phone/WhatsApp number (if provided), and optional contact name or company reference.
• Project specifications: Details, part numbers, drawing references, bill of materials (BOM), target quantities and destination markets you choose to share.
• Technical context: The task category, scenario, referral tag and page source transmitted with your enquiry to help us understand the starting point.

You are welcome to share redacted drawings, references or descriptions during initial discussions before formal non-disclosure or service agreements are signed.

3. How data is processed and stored

Currently, website enquiry forms operate in draft preparation mode: the brief you compose is prepared locally in your browser. You choose whether to open an email draft to Eddie or message via WhatsApp. No project data is silently transmitted to any third-party marketing platform from the website form.

When our direct online submission endpoint is activated, submissions will be processed through Cloudflare secure edge infrastructure, stored in an access-restricted database (Cloudflare D1), and dispatched to our designated management mailbox (eddie@zhipact.com) for project evaluation and proposal formulation. Project records are retained only as long as necessary for active quotation, project follow-up, and statutory commercial accounting obligations.

We do not sell, rent or share your project details, specifications or contact information with unrelated third parties. Disclosures to factories or execution partners only occur with your explicit knowledge and authorization during scoped sourcing work.

4. Your control over your data

You can contact us at any time to:

• Request a copy of the project records we hold associated with your email.
• Request the correction of any inaccurate information.
• Request the deletion or anonymization of your past enquiries and correspondence records, subject to any statutory record-keeping or contractual obligations that apply.
