1. Requirements and feasibility
Share a product reference, critical specifications, expected quantities, destination and the issue you want to prepare for.
We identify the information, permissions and checks needed, including tooling, customization or documentation dependencies.
You receive: a requirements checklist, feasibility note, information gaps and a proposed next scope.
2. Candidates and a comparable offer
Within the agreed search scope, we identify candidates and align the comparison: specifications, materials, quantities, packaging, MOQ, tooling, payment terms, quoted lead time and included costs.
You receive: a candidate comparison showing information sources, supplier statements, checks performed and unanswered questions.
3. Sample review against agreed requirements
If you continue, we agree the sample reference, critical checkpoints, methods and who performs each check. Specialist testing is quoted separately where needed.
You receive: a sample review record with photos, measurements where taken, differences, open issues and the decision needed before a pilot.
4. A small pilot order
After your approval, we coordinate the agreed pilot quantity, production checkpoints and order follow-up.
You receive: a pilot record covering the checks performed, observed issues, supplier responses and remaining conditions. A successful sample alone does not establish production consistency.
5. Backup handover
We compile the approved references, supplier contact, agreed terms, remaining conditions and steps required before another order.
You receive: a dated backup record stating which stages were completed, what was checked and what still needs confirmation. Price, lead time and production capacity must be reconfirmed when you need to order.
Know what has actually been established
Every assessment status carries a date, product or SKU reference, checked scope and unresolved items. A shortlisted candidate, a reviewed sample and a reviewed pilot are different stages.
Supplier statements are distinguished from records and checks we have reviewed. The assessment supports your decision; it does not guarantee lower prices, uninterrupted supply or production capacity on demand.
Clear fees and approval points
A separately stated service fee is our usual model. The proposal defines deliverables, follow-up limits, timing, payment stages and the point where the task ends.
Any execution service prices and reimbursable expenses are identified in the proposal before authorization. Where we act as your buyer-side sourcing coordinator, any commission or incentive from a product supplier that could affect our recommendation is disclosed before you approve the arrangement. A product-supply arrangement can be agreed separately.
Each further stage needs your approval. You can commission the initial assessment without committing to samples or an order.
